Cannoli di alici in foglia di limone

Un piatto fresco e goloso a base di pesce azzurro. I filetti di alici marinati vengono uniti ad altri ingredienti fino a creare una deliziosa farcia, poi avvolta da una profumata foglia di limone da coltivazione biologica siciliana.
Per la preparazione vengono utilizzati prodotti siciliani di alta qualità, come la pagnotta di semola di grano duro, la Provola dei Nebrodi e l’Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva.
Una volta pronti, i cannoli di alici vengono immediatamente abbattuti a -40°C per conservare le proprietà organolettiche e tutta la freschezza delle materie prime.

Ingredienti

Filetti di ALICI (*), pangrattato di pagnotta di semola di grano duro siciliano con lievito madre (semola di GRANO duro, acqua, lievito madre, sale, lievito), olio extra vergine di oliva, foglie di Limone, uva sultanina, formaggio a pasta filata Provola dei Nebrodi (LATTE vaccino pastorizzato, sale, caglio), pinoli sgusciati, aceto di vino (contiene solfiti), acqua minerale, sale alimentare (contiene: antiagglomerante E536, può contenere tracce di sodio), succo di Limone Siciliano surgelato, prezzemolo, pepe nero, zucchero. Può contenere tracce di crostacei, molluschi, frutta a guscio, soia, sesamo, lische o spine. La foglia di limone non costituisce ingrediente e va rimossa prima del consumo.

Cottura

Tempi di cotturaPer gustare al meglio il prodotto si consiglia di lasciar decongelare in frigo il prodotto per almeno 12 ore, in alternativa è possibile decongelare il prodotto in microonde (funzione defrost).
Cuocere in forno ventilato preriscaldato a 180° per circa 10 -12 minuti o in forno a microonde con funzione crisp per circa 5-7 minuti. (Consultare il manuale del forno a microonde per suggerimenti di cottura).

Conservazione

Il prodotto è congelato. Conservare ad una temperatura non superiore a -18°C. Correttamente conservato, il preparato ha durata di 12 mesi che decorrono dalla data di produzione.
Deve essere consumato preferibilmente entro la data riportata sulla confezione. Una volta decongelato, deve essere consumato entro 24 ore. Non ricongelare.
